Returns
• Due to the hygienic nature of tattoos, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.
Refunds
• Once your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used tattoos
• Items damaged due to improper use
• Sale or discounted items
