Refund Eligibility

Due to hygiene and personal-use safety reasons, semi-permanent tattoos are generally non-returnable once opened or used.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged
• Your order is incomplete

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
